The 2016 Peach Queen is Emilee Wichtner, 18, of Washington Township.  She is the daughter of Brian and Bettiann Wichtner and she is a 2016 honors graduate from Romeo Senior High School where she was three-time student of the month, served as a peer mediation leader, and a link crew leader.

She is also an active member of Key Club International, and has helped organize and chaperone several functions with students from local elementary schools.

Ms. Wichtner plans on attending Macomb Community College this fall with plans to transfer to Oakland University.  Her goal is to obtain a doctorate and to serve as a psychotherapist specializing in adolescents and relationships.

As the new Romeo Peach Queen, Emilee is looking forward to getting more involved in the community and spreading the message to our youth that you are beautiful as you are!  She is excited to give back to the community in which she grew up.
